PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis in the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople

A crucial meeting with the Turkish president Erdogan will follow

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis arrived shortly after 11:00′ at the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Constantinople.

The Prime Minister arrived in Constantinople on Sunday morning and went straight to the Patriarchate, in order to attend the celebration of Orthodox Sunday, next to Patriarch Bartholomew.

Shortly afterwards, he will depart from Fanari in the direction of Vahdetin Palace, in the Uskudar area of ​​the Asian side of Constantinople, to be received at 13:00 by the Turkish president, who will host a dinner in his honor.

The meeting of the two men will last about two hours.
