The British embassy in Athens is honouring the efforts of volunteers during the economic crisis on the occasion of the 88th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II.

Last night, five Greek non-governmental organisations distinguished for their contribution to man and the environment were honored during the annual reception held in the embassy’s garden.
