Talks on the Ukrainian issue raise temperatures amongst Putin, Merkel and Hollande

Kremlin spokesman tells Reuters the talks are over.

The next contact between the leaders will be by telephone on Sunday.

According to the spokesman  work is underway on a possible joint document on impementing the Minsk agreement.

Interfax reports Merkel and Hollande have left the Kremlin and are heaidng for Moscow airport.

Tension behind closed doors

As announced by Kremlin, after over three hours, negotiations on the Ukrainian issue, between Russian President Vladimir Putin, his French counterpart Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are still in progress.

According to a spokesman for the Russian presidency to AFP, discussions between the three leaders made without the presence of the delegations of their countries.

Furthermore, reportedly during the talks, Angela Merkel contrasts with Vladimir Putin and bursts speaking in German.

On Thursday, both the French President and the German Chancellor presented their plans to the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
