Greece has a plethora of beautiful beaches to choose from. Many of them have become iconic in photography all over the world, like the Navagio beach in Zakynthos. But the beach of Sarakiniko in Milos island is the most photographed of all in Greece. Its narrow cove surrounded by the unique white rock make for a perfect scenic picture. The beach took its name from the Saracen pirates who used to road the Aegean islands in the middle ages. It looks over the island of Sifnos and Kimolos, while its is best visited when north winds are not blowing. An unbelievable experience is being at the small beach during night time and watch the moonlight reflect on the white rocks.
