A shocking video of Los Angeles police shooting a cyclist on the side of the road was finally made public two years after the incident occurred. Ricardo Diaz Zeferino, 34, was approached by officers who ordered him and another man to raise their hands. He complied but then lowered and raised his hands several times, leading the three officers to open fire and kill him. The video recorded on the police car’s dash cam was attempted to be concealed by the Los Angeles Police department.
