Spanish unemployment rate decreased in June

The total number of Spanish who are officially listed as unemployed fell to less than 4.5 million people for the first time since the end of 2011

According to the data published by the Ministry of Labour of Spain, the unemployment rate in June decreased by 122,700 people last month, while the number of people enrolled in insurance funds and pay contributions increased by 56,600.

Meanwhile, the total number of Spanish who are officially listed as unemployed fell to less than 4.5 million people for the first time since the end of 2011. However, this number does not include those who have simply stopped looking for a job.
