In an announcement released on Saturday on the new single property tax, known as ENFIA, main opposition SYRIZA noted that “overtaxation strangles the economy, punishing those who objectively cannot pay and revealing the true face of the government’s so-called success story.”

SYRIZA also underlined that the implementation of a socially fair and efficient taxation system is necessary for the country’s exit from the crisis and the economic recovery.
