French Meridiam acquires 49.9% of the Great Sea Interconnector
Meridiam, which invests in infrastructure, is set to acquire a 49.9% stake in the Great Sea Interconnector project, while IPTO (Independent Power Transmission Operator - ADMIE)) will retain a 50.1% share, according to Bloomberg on condition of anonymity, as the deal has not yet been officially announced
