Severe rain and thunderstorms threaten Greece’s 28 October parades – Areas facing the worst weather

Several Attica municipalities have cancelled their student parades due to extreme weather. Snowfall in the mountains of Thessaly, worsening conditions expected around 2 pm in Magnesia and Northern Sporades. Heavy rain, thunderstorms and winds reaching force 8 are forecast across parts of Greece
