Greece–Chevron hydrocarbon contracts in Parliament – PASOK votes against exploration south of Crete

The bill is being discussed in Parliament using the procedure followed for ratifying contracts. Energy and Environment Minister Stavros Papastavrou said: “Our country has been transformed into a central gateway for American liquefied natural gas, and now we aim to become a producer of natural gas”
