€15,000 fine from the Data Protection Authority to a Parliamentary candidate for breach of personal data

The fine was imposed by the Personal Data Protection Authority after complaints were filed against Myron Tsangarakis by citizens who had been hospitalized at "Andreas Syggros" hospital and received campaign SMS messages
