Concerns of three British young girls crossing into Syria get confirmed

Security camera captured the three underage girls boarding in a bus to Syria

Concerns of the British authorities about the three UK minors deciding to travel to Syria to marry jihadists of the Islamic State are confirmed.

According to police investigating the disappearance of three British schoolgirls statements back on Tuesday, the teenagers had left Turkey and crossed into Syria.

The girls, aged 15 to 16, disappeared from their London homes on Feb. 17 and boarded a flight to Istanbul in Turkey. Authorities believed that the girls could be on their way to join the Islamic State group.

The case underlines fears that growing numbers of young women in Britain and Europe are lured by online propaganda to join extremists and become “jihadi brides.”

According to the police the girls remained at the bus station for 18 hours and suspicions that the girls are already in Syria get confirmed, as the security cameras captured the girls boarding the bus to Syria on the 18th of February.
