Turkey violates Greek airspace 29 times

The aggressor planes were identified and intercepted by the Hellenic Air Force

With Turkish officials escalating the inflammatory rhetoric, Ankara’s provocative behavior over the Aegean continues.

On Friday, 29 violations of Greek national air space were recorded as two F-16 fighters jet flew into formations and a single unmanned UAV drone.

The violations did not result in any dog fights with Greek F16 fighters.

The aircraft were identified and intercepted in accordance with international rules, in accordance with established practice.
