A Turkish-flagged sailboat that had recently been transferring loads of refugees and migrants from Turkey to the eastern Aegean islands of Greece sank off the coast of the island of Kos on Monday. The vessel, which was docked, sustained a crack for unknown reasons in its hull and took on water, eventually sinking. The moment of its sinking was recorded on camera.
