Over 20.000 people have been infected with the deadly virus of Ebola in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea.

According to an announcement by the World Health Organization the exact number of cases reached the 20.081.

The deaths escalate to 7.842.

One third of the laboratory confirmed cases concerning Sierra Leone, which is now by far the most affected country.
