3D video compares Amphipolis, Parthenon and Taj Mahal

From the team “Ancient Greece 3D”

A three minute long video about the Amphipolis tomb is circulating the internet.

It is the creation of the team “Ancient Greece 3D” who presents the tomb in slow, 3D-modeled, motion.

Starting from the Sphinxes, the image moves towards the inside of the tomb and the Caryatids as well as the impressive mosaic with Persephones’ abduction.

Subsequently there is a first attempt at comparing the size, from every angle, between the tomb, the Parthenon, the Great Sphinx in Egypt and the Taj Mahal in India.

The team is comprised by Apostolis Theonas and Panagiotis Stamatopoulos who created the video, combining it with music like Cyril Nikitin’s “Great Drama”.
