TripAdvisor, one of the world’s largest travel website, revealed the winners of its 2016 Travelers’ choice Awards for Landmarks.

The Incan citadel has been named the best-rated landmark in the world, beating stunning attractions such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre and St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City.

Acropolis located in Athens, Greece, ranked 17th, according to TripAdvisor’s millions of users.

The results were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for landmarks worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period, TripAdvisor said.
