Athens Acropolis Museum will offer a free concert with popular songs to visitors under the full moon at 9.00 p.m. on August 15.
New singers will perform from the repertory of well-known Greek composers and singers, while the museum itself will stay open from 8.00 a.m. to midnight (free entrance from 8.00 p.m. to closing).
Featured in the museum currently is a photography exhibition of marble craftsmen who have worked on the Acropolis.
Furthermore, open for the extended hours will be the ground-floor cafe and the second-floor restaurant in the museum. Reservations may be made at (+30) 210 9000915.
