Equity prices fell on Tuesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 1.28% at 616.23 points at 11.00 a.m. and turnover at 1.98 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 1.62 percent and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was also down 0.20 percent.
Only the Technology sector was moving upwards (+0.34%).

The biggest losses were in Health (-6.67%), Banks (-5.02%), Construction (-2.14%) and Personal & Household (-1.85%).

Of the stocks traded, 12 were up, 27 were down and 5 were unchanged.
