Equity prices rose on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price increasing by 0.88% at 826.80 points and with a turnover of 4.87 million euros at 11 a.m. on Thursday.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 0.89 percent, and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 0.50 percent.

Individual sector indices showed the biggest gains in Oil (+2.61%), Utilities (+1.76%) and Telecoms (+1.23%). The heaviest losses were in Travel & Leisure (-1.22%) and Technology (-1.18%).

The stocks traded found that 35 increased, 15 decreased and 7 were unchanged.
