Commuters were baffled earlier this week when they set off on a trip to Woolwich, south east London and arrived in Athens, Greece, instead.
They arrived at their usual stop to see London tube maps were replaced by signs for the Athens underground.
But, it turns out, they hadn’t just taken a very wrong turn. But it was all part of filming for the new Bourne film, as A-lister Matt Damon was seen milling around in the DLR station in between takes. It was all down to Matt Damon, who has been filming scenes for the fifth Bourne film at the Woolwich Arsenal DLR station.

Commuter Ed Callow tweeted a photo of the new signs, writing: ‘Woolwich Arsenal doubling as Athens for the day…’ Simon Monger was pretty excited to find himself in Greece
