Thirteen Greek companies took part in the International Green Week Berlin 2015, the leading agricultural policy meeting that was held from January 15-25 in the German capital.

Taking place this year for the 80th time, the IGW confirmed its value as a leading trade fair and as a platform for a dialogue about all aspects of agribusiness. With 1,658 exhibitors from 68 countries, more than 70 ministers of agriculture from every continent and a high level of attendance by agricultural and economic policy delegations from Germany and abroad, the world’s largest exhibition for agriculture, food and horticulture attracted the largest number of participants for 44 years.

GREAT company was responsible for the presentation of the Greek products at the Greek pavilion, that included olive oil, feta cheese, wine, honey, halva, traditional pies and meat products, as well as nuts and natural cosmetics.

The Greek companied that took part in the fair were the following: BIOselect, CANDIA NUTS SA, DEAR CRETE – KALABOKIS SA, GREAT – Trade Exhibitions and Exports, HELLENIC SPIRULINA NET, KRITI FEINKOST GmbH, LYRARAKIS WINES, MAM FOODS, NOVACERT, OLIVE SPA, ORANGE VALLEYS – KONSTANTINOY ELENI, REGION OF CRETE και TRADITIONAL HANDMADE HALVA.
