The Archeologists Association has called on a 24-hour strike on Friday.

The temporary staff are demanding “an autonomous culture ministry, stable payments, permanent staff hirings and other issues regarding their salaries.”

Members of the association have been called to attend a protest rally at 11 a.m. on Friday in front of the ministry in Athens, at the White Tower in Thessaloniki and at the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion on Crete.
