President of the Eurogroup Jeroen Dijsselbloem talked to CNBC and expressed his belief that an agreement on Greek program review is very likely to be achieved soon.
“We are very close (to a deal for reform goals), therefore I do not agree with all this talk about the crisis. If we could focus on where we are and try and achieve an agreement soon, we will have a deal before the summer,” Mr. Dijsselbloem said.
The head of the Eurogroup added that after the completion of the program review “we will come back to the issue of the (Greek) debt and we will see what needs to be done now or later on.”
He said that Europe is ready to discuss with the Greece about the debt noting that it is very important that IMF participates in the Greek program.
