The government is trying to show that Greece’s labour reforms is European and any changes will not just concern the country, Labour Minister Giorgos Katrougalos told Praktorio FM radio shortly after a meeting in Geneva with the head of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Guy Ryder,

“Our entire effort is to make the subject European and international,” he said adding that “We are the mirror of Europe’s future because depending on how they will interpret what a sound European practice is, that will provide the corresponding orientation for other European countries,”.
