Spain: A fence is not enough to stop illegal immigrants(watch video)

On one side of the fence people play golf carefree while on the other side people trying to jump the fence in search of a better life

Newsroom October 23 09:07

In the Maligia region in Spain, a fence divides the dream of a better life from … the better life.
Eyewitness captures the disparities of this world on camera.
From one side of the fence well dressed men play golf carefree, while on the other side exactly next to the golf course, impoverished immigrants trying to find an opportunity to get smuggled into the country by trying to climb and jump the wire fence that separates Spain from Morocco in search of a better life.
Just a few days ago in the same spot, a violent incident had shocked public opinion, as the Spanish police attacked an immigrant until he was unconscious, while he was trying to jump the fence. The police afterwards forced him back to Morocco.
According to information from non-governmental organizations operating in the area, the man lost a kidney and was paralyzed from the incident.
However, despite the incident immigrants continue to make attempts since they have nothing else to lose.
Watch the videos portraying people seeing the fence as a pass to another world and when they do manage to get to the other side they celebrate as it was the best gift.
