Statistics: US notes a surge in foreign fighters joining ISIS

Foreign fighters joining the ranks of ISIS have increased

The US Homeland Security Committee beleives that there is a surge of foreign fighres fighting of jihadist groups, with most drawn to Tunisia, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
