Τhe government admits that more than 32,000 refugees and immigrants are stuck in the country

Newsroom March 4 10:43

The refugee camps all over Greece are more than fully packed creating a suffocating situation, while Medecins Sans Frontières organization warns of the possibility of major epidemic outbreak and the government admits that more than 32,000 refugees and immigrants are stuck in the country with about 12,000 being in Idomeni and 7,000 on the Greek islands.

The situation in Idomeni is worse today due to yesterday’s rainstorm and the drop of the temperature. According to SKAI TV channel, more than 1,500 people, who are at the refugee camp, were forced to spent the night outdoors in the rain since they do not have a tent.
When the sun came out, people were trying to dry their clothes and themselves, while the children were playing in the mud, since the camp has been turned into a vast mudflat.
