For instance, the forth richest Greek with a fortune of 1.9 billion dollars is the owner of a super luxurious London apartment of a total 750 square meters in the most exclusive and posh neighborhood of Chesham Place.

According to the British newspaper “Daily Mail” the purchase and sale transaction is recorded as one of the most important ones of all times in Britain.

The apartment features a master bedroom, another four bedrooms, a large living room office and a library.

It also has two underground 24-hours parking, a doorman, concierge service and room service, while it has magnificent view from the large terraces which have and jacuzzi.

According to “Daily Mail” the two floor apartment of the four floored building was worth 58 million euro, however the Greek tycoon was burdened with the costs of the transfer and the stamp tax, which added another 3.9 million euro to the total.

But, it seems that the good taste of Mr. Moustakidis does not end in London, since according to information in the summer of 2014 he bought a villa worth 40 million euro in Hakidiki, Greece.
