TV series based on fictionalized account of Charles Manson

First TV series to revolve around sensational Manson ‘family’

Agent Muldor turned “Californicator” faces off with “Helter Skelter”, at least on US television this season.
Actor David Duchovny returned to the “small screen” in late May in the new NBC series Aquarius, which features a fictionalized account of the LA police investigation into the maniacal “family” run by psychopath Charles Manson.
Duchovny stars as LAPD detective Sam Hodiak, a conservative cop trying to adjust to changing times in 1967 — two years before the Manson family murder spree.
The series premiered on May 28. The entire season will be available on NBC.com and the NBC app on May 29.
