At least 43 people have been killed and more than 100 injured in Benghazi of Libya due to violent armed clashes that shook the city from Friday evening to Saturday morning, according to Reuters news agency, citing a source of the Ministry of Health, which states there are 36 dead, according to official counts.

The battles took place between soldiers loyar to a retired general and two islamist militias.
