Portugal is officially, since this Saturday, out of the Memorandum, the second country after Ireland which manages to successfully complete the support program set by the Troika.

The end of the Memorandum was formalized during a cabinet meeting, with the government presenting the medium-term plan for reform that will contribute to economic growth.
