Bruce Campbell has converted a 727 Boeing to a home. The man from Portland, Oregon, made it his mission to rescue an old aircraft before it reach the scrap yard .
Mr. Campbell lives six months per year in the huge aircraft that still maintains the cockpit.

The 64 year old former electrical engineer originally had planned to build a house consisting of trucks in a plot of 10 acres, but at the end he chose the aircraft that once belonged to Olympic Airways.
“My goal is to change the behavior of mankind in this small piece of the market,” said Mr. Campell, who has spend about 160,000 euro for his sophisticated new home.
