This is the most important work in the field of tourism real estate that has been held in Cyprus in recent years and has been described as the “Small Monte Carlo” of Mediterranean and aims to highlight the cosmopolitan capital of Limassol in the wider Middle East.
The Limassol Marina is a project of more than 350 million euros, was signed by Ioannou Paraskevaidis, J & P Avax, Cybarco, Frangoudi & Stefanou, Limassol Marina Development Company and CADS Holdings and will be launched next week, on June 19 in the presence of the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr Nikos Anastasiadis.
The marina that aims to introduce Cypriots to a new way of life, that of “living on the sea”, can host 650 yachts, including luxurious yachts with up to 115 meters length, while according to tour operators the new marina will promote and upgrade the Limassol and Cyprus in general as a tourist destination.
