Two American astronauts on the International Space Station were forced to shave their heads after losing a bet with a German crewmate over the two nations’ World Cup game.

Steve Swanson and Reid Wiseman were so certain about their national team’s win that they agreed they would shave their heads if their team overcame Germany.

So, when Germany beat USA, Reid Wiseman and  Steve Swanson sat down and let Alexander Gerst shave their head.

The satellite photos with Alexander Gerst shaving the other members of the European Space Agency were sent to earth making NASA and European Space Agency people laughing for hours.
