Green salad with crab meat

A scrumptious summer salad, perfect for those who want to treat their taste buds to an amazing dish, without the extra calories.
Ingredients

1 can of crab meat in water
1 root of curly endive
10 spinach leaves, tender
4 red lettuce leaves
10 salad rocket sprigs
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
A little salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation method

Step 1

Open the can and strain the crabmeat, keeping the water in a bowl.

Step 2

Wash the vegetables and herbs, dry them and carefully cut them in chunks.

Step 3

Put them in a bowl along with the onion and mix with your hands.

Step 4

Inside the bowl with the water from the crab can pour the mustard and the lemon. Stir with a fork to make the mixture homogeneous. Add salt and plenty of pepper and stir again with a fork. Finally add the olive oil and stir well.

Step 5
Place the crab in the center of the salad bowl and pour the sauce over the rest of the ingredients.
