34-year old Debbie Delamar, the woman with the biggest fake breasts in Britain, thought of a clever way to recoup the 10,000 euros she spent for her third augmentation procedure.

The mother of two has gained thousands fans via her twitter feed and now charges 44 euros for topless pictures.

Debbie’s breast now measure 30KK which means that they contain 2.8 kilos of silicone and weigh 3.17 kilos. That is equivalent to an Xbox 360, a three month German shepherd or eight rugby balls.

Debbie is just 5ft tall and has had three enlargement procedures since the age of 28, taking her from her natural 30DD to 30FF and 30HH.

Many surgeons refused the third operation, but in May Debbie successfully found a doctor willing to carry it out at the private Highgate Hospital in London.

It should be noted that the woman’s chest is now so big that she was unable to bring her hands together to clap at first. And while Debbie loves having Britain’s biggest fake breasts, she admits they get in the way of work: at her job in a car-parts plant she has to sit further back from the assembly line than other women.
