A male nurse in UK bought an axe hours before travelling to meet a 14 year old girl with whom he planned to have sex with, kill and eat.
57 year old Dale Bolinger went to a local shop and bought the axe just hours before he was due to meet the teen girl in September of 2012.
He then went to Ashford International rail station in Kent, to meet the girl who is only known by her online profile name Eva, but she failed to turn up.
Bolinger’s disturbing plan was uncovered by the FBI who found him chatting about rape, murder and cannibalism on the internet calling himself “meat market man”.
His online conversations on a website called Dark Fetish Network included bragging comments of his that he had already eaten a 39 year old woman and a five year old child, as heard in court.
Further, Bolinger also wrote about how meat coming from a child was more tender and how he got sexual gratification from his fantasies on cannibalism.
The FBI alerted the British police who arrested the nurse in February last year at the Kent hospital where he worked.
Officers then raided his home in Canterbury and found a photo of him posing with an axe in front of a mirror.
On trial at Canterbury Crown Court he was accused of arranging to meet an underage girl and grooming, which he denies.
Opening the case, prosecutor Martin Yale said: ‘Dark Fetish Network is a website for those who fantasize about various things, including cannibalism.
