Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said today that Israel refuses to join the negotiations regarding the possible ceasefire, while Hamas fires rockets from Gaza Strip to Israeli territory.

Yesterday evening, Palestinian negotiators in Cairo threatened to withdraw from the discussion, if the Israeli delegation did not return to Egypt.
