Equity prices on Tuesday were rising on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index up 0.68%, standing at 1,093.90 points at 11:00 am, and turnover at 10.03 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 0.97%, while the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was down 0.35%.

On individual sector indices, the biggest gains were in Chemicals (+2.16%), Oil (+1.52%), Banks (+1.50%) and Financials (+1.49%).

Of the stocks traded, 28 were up, 12 were down and 16 were unchanged.
