Ingredients
1 pound lean pork
12 cloves of garlic
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp. soup black pepper beans
1 wineglass white wine
salt
Preparation method
Step 1
Cut the meat with a very sharp knife into small bites size. Place the peeled garlic cloves into the blender along with a cup of water. Thengrind until they become a homogeneous slurry.

Pour the oil in a large frying pan, let it warm up well and add the bites of meat with the grain of pepper and crushed garlic. Sauté the meat until golden brown. Need to be patience for -at least 10 minutes and stir good. Add the wine and the salt.

Allow the food to get a good boil and reduce the sauce by about half, while stirring constantly. Fill another cup of water, cover the pan and allow the meat to cook for 10-15 minutes. Uncover the pan, turn up the heat and cook until there is only a bit of sauce left.

Serve in a deep platter and accompany with white beans or other garnish of your choice.
