Miley Cyrus cause a stir yet again.  In “V” magazine she took things a step forward by being photographed naked by Karl Lagerfeld.

In the same photoshoot, Miley is shown wearing a pink, long-sleeved blouse which ends in a “mouth” around the pubic region.
