According to information, the Plenary of the Council of State ruled on Sunday that the cuts of the public sector employees’ lump sums were constitutional.

More specifically, in a closed-door meeting, the court ruled that the motion that was filed by a pensioner teacher against a decision by the Public Sector Employee’s Welfare Fund, under which she was to receive a reduced lump sum, should be rejected.
