Tonight there is a meeting in Pentagon under Barack Obama in order to examine how the United States should address the jihadists of the Islamic State.
To the meeting that will begin at 10 in the evening (Greek time), will participate the Secretary of State, John Kerry and the generals of Pentagon.
According to information, the generals are expected to ask of the US President to change tactics and policies after admitting that the air strikes carried out so far have not been as effective as expected, as well as to pursue tougher measures and develop land forces.
The American President on the other hand, is not kin on developing land forces.
The meeting is taking place on the occasion of the two month anniversary from the first bombing against the Islamic State on the 8th of August.
