A Texas nurse who treated Thomas Duncan, the Liberian man affected by Ebola who died last week, has tested positive for the deadly virus.
The stricken nurse reported a low-grade fever. It appeared that she drove herself to the emergency room of Presbyterian Hospital, where she worked, and was admitted and put in isolation 90 minutes later, the officials said.
Texas Department of State Health Services continues to monitor those who came in contact with the first two patients diagnosed with Ebola virus.
