A new 3D video has been released by Greektoys.org, showing the inside of the Kasta Tomb and the impressive mosaic that was recently unearthed, complete with the three figures of Pluto, Persephone and Hermes.

This is clearly a mythological scene depicting Persephone’s abduction by Pluto, in the presence of psychopomp Hermes, as is customary in such scenes.

Just behind the Caryatids, Persephone, dressed in a flowing white garment held with a thin red cord at her chest and her red curls blowing in the wind stands out in the stunning mosaic, which is admired by the whole world.
