Hardouvelis rectifies amendment which excluded 300.000 people in debt

Favorable overhauls regarding mandatum ordinance allowing 100 payment installments are under way - Minister of Finance committed that “Tax debts including the month of October will also be part of the installment repayment arrangement”

Following the outbreak of reactions, Mr.Gikas Hardouvelis committed to the Parliament that the debtors who find it difficult to pay their current debts from the 1st of October and onwards, can also enter the installment repayment arrangement of 100 doses but only if they request for them to enter the “fixed” setting of 12 doses.

The obligors will be eligible for the above installment repayment arrangement as long as they fill out a request form for the setting with 100 doses, until the 31of March and fill out another application for adjustment with 12 installments for new debts created.
