Neapolis Mixed Jury Court in Lasithi found 20 year old  Briton not guilty of murdering fellow peers in  Malia back in 2013.

British young man was the main suspect in the case. Not guilty was also the decision for the second co-defendant who was accused of complicity in the murder.

The acquitting decision was taken by the majority of the Court, while  both were found guilty of engagement and gun possession .

Their sentences for the above are expected to be announced.

The remaining 16 of the two co-defendants, were also acquitted of the charges against them for engagement.
