The 6th Festival of Greek Honey and Bee Products takes place at the Peace and Friendship Stadium from December 5-7 and is held under the aegis of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.

The goal of the festival is to celebrate the quality of Greek honey and its by-products. Honey producers from all around Greece are taking part in the event, giving visitors the opportunity to try honey-inspired dishes, learn about the benefits of honey, taste and rate the quality of honey, play interactive games, meet with dieticians and also learn more about beekeeping.

Conferences are being held on the sidelines of the event.

Admission is at 2 euros and free for children up until the age of eight. Open on Friday from noon to 9 p.m., on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
