SYRIZA welcomed with satisfaction the government’s decision to speed up the process of the presidential election.

According to  close associate of Mr. Alexis Tsipras to protothema.gr ” It is a wonderful development. It seems that the government could not stand the pressure and opens the way for people to tell their opinion. The 180 does not exist, we are heading towards  elections”.

Furthermore he stressed that the development is exactly as the leader of SYRIZA initiated last night in Parliament.

According to information all top executives of SYRIZA will have an emergency meeting tonight at their offices in Koumoundourou to discuss developments and to determine the party line.
